Shipping:
Most orders for all in-stock items will ship the same day if received before 12:00 PM Mountain Time M-F. However, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to process. FedEx is our preferred carrier.

Warranty:
Outlaw Earth manufactures products with rugged durability and superior strength. We offer a lifetime warranty on all our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover reasonable wear, tear, and abuse. We will replace or repair, free of charge, products covered under our lifetime warranty. Contact us at info@outlawearth.com .

Returns/Exchange:
All products can be returned or exchanged as long as the item is in brand new condition (not used), with the tags still on the item. The item must still be in excellent condition to qualify for a return and/or exchange. We recommend you send the item back using FedEx or UPS so you can track your shipment. Please use a big enough box or original box when returning the item. This will help to return the item in its original condition. To qualify for a refund the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the full price of the item not including the shipping charge.

You must include the following with your item being returned:

        1. Outlaw Return/Exchange Form
        2. Original sales receipt obtained when you received your bag
